Clarity PFM is a dynamic new player in the commercial property and facilities management sector that is already starting to disrupt the market with a fresh, innovative approach that is designed to bring a unique transparency for both landlords and occupiers that engenders trust and promotes authentic communication.
A wholly independent management owned business, it works with landlords, asset managers and developers nationwide providing a comprehensive range of tech enabled property services that are based on shared goals to increase asset value and deliver better quality, more cost-effective services in a fast-changing post-COVID world.
Our Task Was
The company is associated with Co-Space, an office and workspace company, that gave birth to this property and facilities management business. It initially had a working title but, we were tasked to create a new brand, name, logo and website.
Process
We began with a branding workshop to develop a brand platform; the new company’s Vision, Mission, Values and Brand Personality.From this we generated a new name, Clarity PFM and a Brand Identity including logo which finally fed into a communications platform and a new website.

Result
The new brand gives Clarity PFM a distinct identity that aligns with its position as a contemporary property and facilities management company that adopts a transparent, proactive, and people-centred approach. Instead of hidden costs and poor communication that often cause frustration for landlords and occupiers, it provides open-book accounting, clear reporting, and dependable service delivery
