Core Integrated Group was created following the demerger of an established mechanical and electrical maintenance business, providing an opportunity to reposition the organisation for future growth. The new group structure brought together three complementary service divisions: Core Maintenance Services, Core Technical Services and Core Interior Services, creating a fully integrated building services business capable of supporting clients throughout the lifecycle of a commercial property.
Operating across London and the South East, the business provides planned maintenance, compliance services, mechanical and electrical installations, commercial fit-outs, refurbishment projects, decoration and finishing works. The challenge was to create a clear market proposition that unified these services under a single brand while allowing each division to communicate its specialist expertise.
Our Task Was
The business required a complete rebrand following the demerger, including the creation of a new corporate identity, positioning strategy, website and communications platform. The objective was to establish a professional, credible brand that reflected the company’s engineering expertise while clearly communicating its integrated service offering.
The new brand needed to resonate with commercial property owners, occupiers, facilities managers and managing agents seeking a trusted partner capable of delivering maintenance, compliance, technical installations and interior services through a single point of accountability.
Process
We began with a series of branding and strategic workshops to define the organisation’s Vision, Mission, Values and Brand Personality. This process helped identify the core strengths of the business and establish a market position focused on safety, compliance, sustainability and accountability.
From this foundation, we developed the Core Integrated Group brand architecture, creating a clear structure for the three service divisions while maintaining a consistent visual identity and messaging framework.
